These terms apply to your use of jospr.ai (the “site”), operated by Jospr Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Jospr”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is for

The site describes Jospr and its software in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of any result, or a commitment to provide any product. Any work Jospr does for a company is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on the site.

2. Using the site

You may view the site and share links to it. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
  • use automated means to overload the site; or
  • copy or reuse the site’s design or content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.

3. Our content

The text, graphics, the Jospr name, the Jospr mark and the site’s design belong to Jospr Labs, Inc. or are used with permission. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond viewing the site. Fonts on the site are used under their own licenses.

4. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jospr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

6. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

7. Changes

We may update the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
