What does it cost?

You get a number in the first conversation, before you commit to anything. There isn’t one on this page because the price depends on what’s being built: a single tool, a product, or a full platform. Either way, you’ll know exactly what it costs before anything starts.

How fast is the first tool actually in our hands?

Email today and the first conversation happens this week. Once we’ve picked the first build, your team can be using it within days; there’s no scoping phase in between. Nobody waits months for something to exist.

What do you need from our people, and what can you see of our data?

A conversation to start, then a few hours a month from the people closest to the work. On the data side: nothing is connected and nothing is read until you’ve agreed to start, and the access is scoped with you at that point. Tools can run on your own systems, so your data stays with you, or on Jospr’s if you’d rather keep your IT queue out of it. The technical detail lives in the platform section, written for whoever runs your IT.

What happens if a tool doesn’t work?

You’ll know quickly, because impact is measured from week one. If a build isn’t paying for itself, the lab fixes it or moves to the one that will. Nothing gets defended for its own sake.

Is it only internal tools?

No. The lab builds whatever the problem needs: internal tools, customer-facing products and full software platforms. Automating repetitive work is where most clients start, because that’s where the fastest savings are.

We’re an investor. How does this work across a portfolio?

The firm introduces the lab and agrees the terms once. Each company then chooses whether to start, and its own management picks the first build. Most portfolios begin with two or three companies and bring the results to the rest. Every company’s data stays separate.

Who are we actually dealing with?
