Accessibility statement

Last reviewed October 8, 2026

Jospr Labs wants everyone who visits jospr.ai to be able to read it, move around it and contact us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

The standard we work to

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Based on the testing described below, we believe it does. It has not yet been audited by an independent party.

What we have done

  • Built the pages with standard HTML headings, landmarks and lists, one main heading per page, and a “Skip to content” link at the top.
  • Made every link, button, menu and question on the site work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • Checked the color contrast of all text, including small labels, against its background to meet AA levels.
  • Hidden the animated dot graphics on the home page from screen readers, because they are decorative. They stop completely when your device is set to reduce motion, and a “Pause motion” button stops them for everyone else.
  • Kept the changing words in the home page headline away from screen readers, so they read one steady headline instead of announcing every change.
  • Checked that pages reflow to a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling, and that text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
  • Kept the site free of audio, video, pop-ups, forms and time limits.
  • Tested with automated tools (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) and with scripted keyboard-only checks in Chrome, at desktop and phone widths.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Those tools do not make a site accessible on their own, and they can get in the way of the assistive technology people already use.

Known limitations

  • We have not yet tested the site with screen readers. It is built to standard HTML so they should work, but if something does not work with yours, please tell us.
  • The “Schedule a call” and “Contact” links open your email app. If you do not have one set up, write to matt@jospr.ai from any email account.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need the content in another format, email matt@jospr.ai with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, the device and assistive technology you were using. We will reply and work with you to get you the information you need.
