Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Jospr Labs, Inc. (“Jospr”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, jospr.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is short because the site collects very little.
The short version
- The site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.
- The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- Everything on the site, including the fonts, is served from jospr.ai itself. Your browser does not load anything from any other domain when you visit.
- Like every website, ours runs on a hosting provider that records basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address, so the site can be delivered and protected.
- If you email us, we receive what you send.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
What we collect
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically processes standard request data when your browser loads a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and device type as reported by your browser, and the page that referred you, if any. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with other information. It is kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
When you email us
The site’s contact links open your own email app. If you send us an email, we receive your name and email address as they appear in the message, and anything you choose to include, such as your job title, company and what you would like to discuss. We use this to reply and, if you choose to work with us, to start that conversation. Our email is provided by Google.
What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or social media plugins.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party, and does not use local storage or similar technologies. Because of that, there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only so they can provide those services to us:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Google provides our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Hosting request data is kept for the limited period our hosting provider applies to its logs. Emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or business relationship they relate to, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email matt@jospr.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within the time the law allows.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories, from you and from your browser, for the purposes described above:

We have not sold or shared personal information, including that of anyone under 16, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. Because nothing is sold or shared, there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals all the same. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
People in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom
Jospr Labs, Inc. is the controller of the personal information described here. We rely on our legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to reply to business inquiries, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where that applies. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate; where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses in our providers’ data processing terms.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and sends security headers that stop it loading content from anywhere else. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Jospr’s software
This policy covers the jospr.ai website only. If your company uses Jospr’s software, including Nemo, how that information is handled is set out in the agreement between your company and Jospr.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
